• Develop and conduct respective competency-based technical training activities (in line with youth development program) which support EPE' development and integration into established position. • Ensure all relevant technical training activities conducted are following YDP & current operational requirements, HSE policies and standard procedures. • Participate in assessment and verification process to ensure quality in-line with YDP requirement. • Conduct regular site visits to ensure EPEs participation in YDP Real Work. • Provide in-house technical courses that are related to YDP core tasks. • Provide training and certify coaches, assessors & verifiers to ensure availability of adequate number. • Guide / facilitate EPEs involvement in real work activities during Turn Around opportunity. • Provide customized training on need basis for EPEs and established employees. • Arranging plant familiarization program for newly joined employees and external visitors. • Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in assigned area to meet functional objectives. • Train and develop assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on job and deliver respective functional objectives. • Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices. • Regular work-related contact with immediate Supervisor and Department Heads as required, peer Professional staff and team members on matters related to YDP implementation and EPEs progress and domain specific issues.

Engineering: • Issue preliminary visibility studies for upgrading/replacement of existing systems, participate in FEED of new projects. • Review load flow, short circuit, transient stability, motor starting, harmonics studies. • Approve electrical drawings; raise MOC (PCR) to solve chronic problems. • Approve electrical drawings, raise MOC (management of change) to solve chronic problems. • Provide technical support whatever/whenever/wherever requested by different disciplines. Project management and commissioning support: • Technical Documents review by issuing comments, compliance with standards, covering RCA recommendations related to design, including LFIs recommendations that related to design. • Project management: leading the work of a team to achieve all project goals within the given constraints which complies with the EU's objectives. • Plan and support FATs, SATs, pre-commissioning, and commissioning procedures and works in number of major projects in ASAB such as ASAB-2 and ASAB-3 major projects, in addition to PGUR project and CSU project. Maintenance: • Planned, directed, and supervised and coordinate all maintenance activities on electrical equipment, troubleshoot complex electrical problems and supervise electrical technicians, and contractor's staff in assigned area. • Enforced implementation of company health, safety, and environment management system (HSE-MS) • Ensured availability of tools, spares, and consumables for all activities in assigned area. • Reviewed periodic and shutdown work plans and integrate activities with other sections for their execution • Carried out detailed engineering, prepare scope of work and technical evaluation for extra ordinary maintenance (EOM) and major maintenance (MM) activities. • Prepared and may approved work orders, material issue request, initiate purchase requisition (PR), prepared proposal for stock (PFS) and ensure updating of equipment history profile in Maximo. • Prepared capital, operating and 5 Year Plan Budget, and monitor/control expenditure. • Prepared method statements for critical jobs, verify electrical procedures and instructions, plus scope of work for contract jobs and service work orders. • Investigate and prepare nonconformance and incident reports (NCR). • Performed high voltage switching activities. • Verified updated drawing, carryout review of electrical procedures and instruction and assist for maintenance of documentation system. • Continuously improved quality of data input into Maximo system, so as to ensure retrieval of quality information. • Performed in-depth electrical acceptance testing of completed hardware, including continuity and high-potential isolation testing. • Mentored 8 junior engineers and new employees, improving staff competency and efficiency in electrical troubleshooting.

• Review and discuss any Query from Operation side. • Raise technical ideas to improve smooth operation of equipment's in plants. • Prepare scope of work for such project required for site. • Raise tender quotation to contractor. • Evaluate quotation offered by contractor and decide who is accepted from technical and economic point of view. • Follow up with contractor submission of both drawing and material and review drawing and accept or reject if not matched with scope of work. • Inspect material required for work before mobilization to site. • Follow up with contractor execution of work in full compliance with safety policy. • Raise punch list for pending items if any. • Review as built drawing submitted from contractor and submit this drawing to Operation Dept. • Performed load calculation for sizing wire and circuit protection. • Rendered technical drawings and electrical systems specifications exceeding company standards. • Applied principles of electrical theory to advance and improve product development and efficiency. • Determined most effective approaches to new projects by analyzing blueprints, drawings and sketches. • Monitored installation and operations to consistently meet rigorous customer requirements.

• Follow-up and expedite timely issuance of project deliverables (specification, drawings, etc.) from Engineering (NPCC & Subcontractors), Liaise with client for comments / approval and ensure incorporation of same. • Issue purchase requisitions and follow-up receipt of bids, technical evaluation (provide necessary assistance as applicable), placement of order and expedite manufacturing and delivery. • Inspection of all project material and verification with respect to specifications. Liaise with vendors for resolution of non-conformance, if any. • Procurement of construction material, as per project specification. • Study AFC drawings, material requisitions, material Take-off, specifications to ensure adequacy and highlight discrepancy, if any. • Organize mobilization of material and manpower resources, vendors as per schedule to enable meet target dates. • Constant liaison with vendors for issuance of manufacturing drawings, ensure review / approval of same within stipulated period, seek concession from client for technical deviations, if necessary. • Provide input for preparation of planning schedule of project activities including updates. • Coordinate and attend weekly progress meetings with client and subcontractors and follow up action items. • Liaise with client and Engineering Section for settling technical queries. • Compare material received and materials used and prepare reconciliation reports. • Check Final As-Built drawings against mark-up. • Preparation of close-out report. • Preparation of change order requests for additional works performed. • Provide Input for manpower resources estimation & preparation of construction /pre-commissioning Schedule. • Prepare requisition for construction materials. • Preparation of construction and pre-commissioning procedures. • Follow-up release of drawings for prefabricated supports and ensure its timely fabrication/painting and delivery to site. • Ensure that all pre-requisites to commence construction work have been satisfied viz. cable drum cutting schedule, procedures / drawings approved material available, workshop facilities (include. calibration) available, safety gear in adequate quantity available, etc. • Assess daily progress in terms of efficiency / productivity and take corrective actions. • Ensure that adequate work fronts are available to ensure continuity of work. • Ensure that construction activities are carried out safely, meet project quality standards and are completed as scheduled. • Organize construction activities in manner to suit system wise commissioning schedule. • Mark-up of As-Built drawing on daily basis. • Provide input to project management team for potential additional works. • Ensure that pre-commissioning activities (field calibration, testing) begin in conjunction with construction. Thereafter organize loop testing with specialized pre-commissioning team so that commissioning and start-up schedules are met. • Preparation / compilation of construction data book and pre-commissioning dossiers and ensure timely submission so that system wise commissioning could be taken up.
