Lead the procurement process for Building materials, Valves, pumps, and safety item for Oil and Gas, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.  Conduct supplier and client evaluations and negotiations to establish long-term partnerships, resulting in cost savings, improved quality.  Develop and implement procurement strategies, aligning with the company's goals and budget  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure the seamless execution of projects.  Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new suppliers and innovative products.  Coordinating with vendor for custom clearance documents like COO, MTC, Invoice and Original Shipping documents.

Receiving PR from various Departments like Ordering Processing.  Coordinating and sending inquiries to all vendors includes third party.  Follow up with vendors and ensuring quotations within two days.  Forwarding quotes to PR requestor and follow up for their approval.  Negotiating with the vendors for discount and credit terms.  Initiating CFO’s approval for all PO’s in system.  Releasing the Purchase Order to Supplier after CFO’s approval in the system.  Coordinating with Accounts Dept. for arranging the payments for vendors.  Following up with Vendors for Order Acceptance and checking all terms and acknowledge the OA.  Checking the readiness & dispatch dates for the overseas supplier & delivery date.  Initiating CFO’s approval for all PO’s in system.  Advising Logistics Dept. to collect the shipment and following up the ETD/ETA.  Coordinating with vendor for custom clearance documents like COO, MTC, Invoice, Original Shipping documents.  Linking the shipping documents BOE and PO’s in the system after receiving email from warehouse dept.  Maintaining QC Documents and Shipping Documents of each vendor for auditing purposes.

Involved in daily activities like lay out, cutting, grinding and fit-up  Acted as primary contact for all technical, commercial, expediting and administrative issues.  Worked with Engineering team to discuss and manage the queries reported in the technical bids.  Headed for negotiating purchasing agreements and contact terms & conditions with bidders (AVL).  Devised commercial bid evaluation of the shortlisted vendors and issued purchase orders through Oracle ERP.  Collaborated with Project department to support post-order issues to ensure timely delivery by suppliers.  Provided technical input and material cost input for all proposal efforts.  Liaising with quality / engineering / project disciplines for pre -qualification of potential suppliers.  Prepared presentations and MIS reports for meetings and reviews with Senior Management.  Hydro test preparation as per HTD, temporary bolting, temporary support, high point vent and low point drain. Internal inspection of pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, hydro test manifold which has to be used for hydro testing and its calibration validity.
