Assist the external sales team in preparing technical proposals and quotations. • Participate in customer meetings to present technical information and solutions. • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication. • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences. • Work with the pricing team to determine appropriate pricing strategies. • Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry of order details. • Draft using AutoCAD & SolidWorks software. • Handle tasks of reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and other information to understand the project. • Work with Quality, Production staff, and engineers to develop and improve production processes to increase productivity and safety. • Design and Development of sheet metal enclosures. • Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), conversions, drafting, and design changes as per client requirements. • Head a team of inspection associates for carrying out the final inspections. • Maintain instruments and calibrate them as per the calibration schedules. • Monitor and analyze customer complaints and requirements.

Name: MVAR – STATCOM • Client: GE, WIND ENERGY • Role: Design support, drafting, cable routing, assembly • Description: STATCOM is a device used to condition the power from a batch of wind turbines and connect them to the grid. The project involves space optimization, design, manufacturing, and assembly of the sheet-metal prototype. The electrical design of the prototype was handled by Enstin Labs, while the mechanical enclosure design was undertaken by my team at Solitude Technologies. I was responsible for design support, drafting, fitment checks, cable routing, and assembly of the project.
