 Performed wide range ultrasound scans and interpreted including Abdominal, Pelvis, Breast, Neck, Vascular, Transrectal & Transvaginal using high attenuation to detail & prioritize each patient comfort & safety.  Performed ultrasound guided procedures (FNAC, Biopsy, Pleural and ascetic tap.  Provide, Calm, empathetic support concerned patients and their families by addressing concerns and directing them resources.  Documented the size, location, texture and vascularity of anatomical structure and normal & abnormal finding for 50 patients.  Trained & Teaching junior doctors & trainees by explaining procedures, preforming evaluation reports and monitoring them throughout academic internships.  Explain sonography procedures and results in accessible terms and counseled patients through different news.  Report abnormalities & diagnostic finding to medical residents and attending.  Produced ultrasound reports for clinicians, patients and primary health care providers.  Investigate and diagnose reasons for different medical referrals.  Adapt examination procedures in line with anatomical and pathological diagnostic imagining.  Accurately & efficiently created and maintained all necessary reports, records and files.  Collaborated with physician to provide comprehensive care and diagnose any abnormalities.  Maintained accurate patient, record ensured confidentiality of medical information.  Fully responsible at all times for patient welfares.

 Started FCPS Part-II training as a resident and then rotated to various radiological modalities time to time according to designated schedule such as in ultrasound, X-Rays, Mamo, CT Scan, MRI, Nuclear Medicine and Interventional radiology (Like Biopsy ultrasound and CT guided).  Involved and learned various academic activities.  Initially reported X-Rays, Mamo, CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound & Nuclear Medicine under direct supervision of supervisor consultant.  Latter on reported independently in 2018 about various cases on different modalities as mention above under indirect supervision of supervisor consultant.

 Dealing outdoor patients and prescribing symptomatic treatment, radiation marking on simulator.  Teaching medical students, Nurses and Technicians about Chemoradiation.
