PATIENT CARE:- Provide Nursing care to patient including Administering medications, Monitoring , Vital signs, and Assisting with daily activities . • MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION :- Maintain accurate patient records and charts, Documenting observations, treatment, and Progress. • EMERGENCY RESPONSE:- Respond promptly to emergency situation and follow established protocols to stabilize patients. • COORDINATION WITH HEALTH CARE TEAM:- Collaborate with Doctors , specialists , and others health care professionals to plan and implement patient care. • PATIENT EDUCATION:- Educates patient and there families about treatments plans , post Hospitals care, Medications, and Healthy life style choices. • EQUIPMENT HANDLING:- Operate and Monitor medical equipment , Report malfunctions or concerns to the appropriate department. • COMPLIANCE:- Adhere to Hospitals policies, Nursing protocols , and Regulatory standards , including those related to confidentiality and patient safety.
