● Ensure that the work to be carried out in accordance with safe working procedure and conforms to project specifications. ● Assign duties to the crew members and ensure that work to be carried out as per the Company approved PTW system. ● Conduct daily TBT related with the job activity at site. ● Site Supervisor throughout the performance of related works in order to complete the work as per the planned schedule. ● Receive approved drawing and mobilize manpower as per schedule. ● Maintain the records and all construction related reports for the completion of the project. ● Co-ordinate with site QC Engineer at all relevant stages of work for fulfilling the quality system requirements for the project. ● Knowledge of General Drawing, Detail Drawing, Schedule Drawing, and using of level Machine. ● Follow the entire company safety roll and ensure to complete the job safely. Description of Work for PTW: Responsible for successfully executing the task and permit preparation of the following activities. ● Loading and Offloading of channel head, bundle tubes, scaffolding material, valves and pipe stringing etc. ● Fencing for pipe storage area with scaffolding tubes and sand bag filling. ● Valve, man-way cover, header arrangements using wooden block. ● Grinding, Fit- up, Preheating and Welding of 4’’ 6 ‘’ 12” pipes. ● Scaffolding Erection, Modification and Dismantling. ● Equipment’s Installation, Alignment, piping spool fit-up and Line-up ● Bolt torque checking. ● Cleaning of tanks, internal erection of scaffolding, buffing, build-up and sand blasting ● Monitor and safely execute lifting activity through the shutdown ● Execution of initial authorization measurements and repeating measurements for confined spaces according to the requirements and ADNOC Standards. ● Documentation of access into confined spaces. ● Be familiar with all confined space entry equipment used, for example emergency breathing apparatus, man riding winch, tripod, gas detector, SCABA etc. ● Report to the Site In charge and Site operations.
Understand HSEQ Adhi Oil Field processing plant, well operating & Crude Oil lab testing. ● Understand separator operating, Dehydration Unit & LPG processing Unit ● Worked with “Schlumberger” Slick Line operation & Wire Line operation ● Worked with “Sprint Oil and Gas Service” Coil Tubing operation ● Worked with “China National Logging Company” (CNLC) on Surface Well Testing
