Under PPI group, centralised store managing Electrical components and Steel items to produce LV Switchgear and Electrical Panel. • Issue materials to various departments and personnel as per the requisitions & maintain records of material issuance in the inventory management system. • Process the return of unused or excess materials from departments & update inventory records to reflect returned materials. • Ensure timely and accurate material inspections & work with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues. • Document and record received materials in the inventory management system. • Coordinate with procurement and estimation teams to ensure the availability of requested materials. • Place materials in designated storage locations according to established guidelines. • Create and issue delivery notes for all outgoing shipments & ensure delivery notes include accurate details such as item descriptions, quantities, and delivery addresses.

F1 selling IT equipment and software services to company and businesses. • Customer’s invoices booking and chasing due invoices. Issue Statement of Accounts and reminding the customers. • Make payment request and prepare payment via PDC, CDC or Cash to due payable suppliers. • Passing daily bank transaction into Tally Prime. • Monthly reconciliation of receivable ledger and payable ledger and closing the general ledger balance. • Regular physical stock counts of inventory items and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of physical stock counts • Prepare and report daily closing balances for cash and bank accounts and Process petty cash transactions and reimbursement
