Under PPI group, centralised store managing Electrical components and Steel items to produce LV Switchgear and Electrical Panel. • Issue materials to various departments and personnel as per the requisitions & maintain records of material issuance in the inventory management system. • Process the return of unused or excess materials from departments & update inventory records to reflect returned materials. • Ensure timely and accurate material inspections & work with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues. • Document and record received materials in the inventory management system. • Coordinate with procurement and estimation teams to ensure the availability of requested materials. • Place materials in designated storage locations according to established guidelines. • Create and issue delivery notes for all outgoing shipments & ensure delivery notes include accurate details such as item descriptions, quantities, and delivery addresses.
