Job Responsibilities: • Identify potential clients, track major governmental and international project, including but not limited to civil, infrastructure, Urban development, Oil and gas projects, etc. • Receive inquiries from customers, following with the estimation department for quotation preparation, collate information from MEP, procurement and other departments for accurate pricing and to insure specifications match client requirements. • Issue accurate & timely quotations as per the client’s project specifications and margin objectives. • Ensure offering and selling the best and most economical solution and suitable products to the customer. • communicate with customers and set up/conduct meeting as required to follow up the proposal/quotation and to discuss the technical details and negotiate the prices and modifications (if any). Finalize the contract with the customer after both parties have agreed on the submitted technical specifications and prices. • Ensure that contracts are compliant with Al Masaood policy: Payment terms, credit limits, liabilities, etc. • Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business through face-to-face contact with the customers, daily communication/collaboration and continuous follow up on potential opportunities with customers in line with the Company's sales strategy and business plan to support sales. • Analyse the assigned territory and market potential. • Organize sales presentations to consultants and contractors involved in targeted projects, collect information about their needs and the project and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions. • Coordinate technical solutions with the engineering department and transfer them into a full technical and commercial proposal in accordance with current pricing and product strategy. • Propose marketing actions to support Al Masaood sales strategy, within the guidelines and budget. • Provide client feedback on products to the R&D, fabrication, and engineering team so that products can be reviewed in line with constant feedback. and resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. • Attend meetings, conferences, technical seminars, and exhibitions to promote Al Masaood products and services. • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. • Ensure payments throughout the sales process by following up with the customer and coordinate internally with involved departments. • Provide technical support to customers on types of products to purchase and using market knowledge to ascertain the best options available. • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times and ensure best quality of service.

Job Responsibilities: • Working as a part of the Construction team of Engicon in Jordan Schools Building and Rehabilitation USAID, Work scope includes construction, rehabilitation, and landscaping of (5) schools in Mafraq-Jordan. • Duties as day to day supervising and monitoring the work of contractors, ensuring safety environment for work, resolving any expected difficulties and other problems that may arise. • Acting as a main technical advisor for pouring Concrete, ensuring works and materials installation on site are as per the specifications. • Office responsibility including inspection and test plans, checking monthly payment, preparing weekly reports for the Head office.
