 Currently handling the acoustic part of Alco interior decoration LLC that is acoustic.ae.  Preparing project quantity estimation.  Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines.  Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.  Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making.  Finding good vendors for material supply.  Provide administrative support, including data entry and record keeping.  Calculates labor, material and duration costs to determine amounts needed for projects.  Conducted site visits to provide recommendations regarding site viability.  Formulated cost estimate reports to submit to clients for approval.  Prepared proposals with revised methods, new strategies and redefined functions.  Gathered quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to compare and choose best offers.  Prepared material orders to complete projects on time and within budget.  Logistic freight coordination.

Preparation of Joint Measurement sheets in excel format  Planning, scheduling and managing the work according to Work Front Analysis  Preparing and maintaining proper documents and registers required at site  Inspecting works and Building materials according to Quality manuals  Conducting quality tests required at site according to CPWD manual and Quality Assurance Plan and keeping records of the same  Conducting meeting for labours and give necessary awareness on construction safety regulations  Preparation of Extension of Time documents  Estimating the quantity of materials required at site.  Handling day to day management of site including supervising and monitoring the site and works of sub-contractors.  Attending official meeting with Govt Officials and Client
