Remote B2B Marketing & CRM Specialist (Zoho + Apollo Expert)
Job Description
We’re hiring a Remote B2B Marketing Specialist who will take full ownership of configuring and setting up Zoho CRM Plus to its full potential, ensuring our CRM and marketing automation systems are functioning seamlessly. This includes not only the foundational setup but also complex features like email campaigns, A/B testing, and importing raw data. The ideal candidate will be someone with significant hands-on experience in Zoho CRM Plus and a deep understanding of marketing automation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Fully configure Zoho CRM Plus from start to finish, ensuring all features are optimized to their full potential. This includes:
Setting up email campaigns - Running A/B tests on campaigns, landing pages, and emails
- Integrating Zoho CRM Plus with other tools and software
- Importing raw data into Zoho CRM, ensuring clean and accurate data mapping
- Creating and optimizing sales funnels
- Implementing workflow automations, lead scoring, and customer segmentation
- Setting up and managing custom modules, reports, and dashboards
- Building lead generation forms and segmented email workflows
- Maintaining the Zoho CRM database, ensuring it remains up-to-date and accurate
- Regularly monitoring and improving performance based on KPIs (CPL, MQL/SQL rates, etc.)
Email Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute full-funnel email marketing campaigns (Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, etc.)
- Design and launch automated drip campaigns and nurture sequences for lead conversion
- Create lead magnets, landing pages, and email sign-up forms
- Perform A/B testing for email subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize engagement
Sales Funnel Optimization:
- Oversee the setup and management of Zoho CRM sales funnels
- Ensure that all lead stages are defined and properly mapped in Zoho CRM, optimizing for lead conversion
- Implement automated follow-up sequences to move leads through the funnel
Collaboration with the Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns and funnels with their lead generation goals and ensure smooth CRM handoff
- Provide training and ongoing support for the team on Zoho CRM processes and tools
🎯 Key Qualifications
- Proven experience configuring Zoho CRM Plus from start to finish, including advanced features like A/B testing, email campaigns, and data imports
- At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in freight/logistics, SaaS, or supply chain
- In-depth knowledge of sales funnels and digital lead generation
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Apollo.io (Required)
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
- Proficient with landing page builders (Instapage, Unbounce) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Apollo)
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams

💼 Working Hours & Setup
Remote role; must overlap with Pacific Time (9AM–5PM PST)
Requires stable internet connection, your own laptop or PC, and a dedicated workspace
Must have a high-speed, uninterrupted internet connection and a reliable power supply
Weekly performance check-ins and monthly campaign strategy calls
