Job Description

Position: Lead Architect

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering

Experience: Minimum 15 years in Industrial Buildings, Developments etc., Must have UAE Consultancy Experience

Location: Dubai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design and implementation of Architectural specialty in Buildings and Development projects.
• Prepares and reviews architectural studies, design drawings, calculations and documents, and material and equipment specifications.
• Resolves architectural speciality issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.
• Prepare Architectural renderings, layouts, elevations, sections, landscapes
• Develop solutions, design options, techno commercial comparisons
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, oversee project teams.
• Carry out technical analyses and feasibility studies
• Prepare of Design Reports, Basis of Design etc.
• Prepare and issue specifications, and other construction documents.
• Provide technical guidance to CAD Designers, BIM Modellers, and Architects
• Ensure coordination with other project components and disciplines.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of software – Civil 3D. AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of local and international design standards
• Good knowledge of Authority submission requirements, Design NOCs
