Track inventory levels to avoid shortages and ensure proper stock rotation.  Shipping and Receiving: - Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, and document any discrepancies. Coordinate outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.  Order Processing: - Process customer orders and prepare them for shipment. Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange transportation for outgoing shipments. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and labeled accurately and efficiently.  Warehouse Organization and Maintenance: - Organize the warehouse to optimize space and streamline workflow. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.  Documentation and Reporting: - Prepare and maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, and stock levels. Generate inventory and shipping reports for management. Document any inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages.  Communication and Coordination: - Act as a liaison between warehouse, logistics, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow. Communicate with vendors, carriers, and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and address issues. Resolve any issues related to orders, shipments, or inventory.
