About the job
We’re urgently looking for highly organized Data Administrator who possess basic knowledge and experience in the Marine Industry.
As a Data Administrator at ZMI Holdings, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Crewing Department including the Manager, Team Leaders, Officers, and Recruiting team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date crew data within the ERP system and server. Detailed responsibilities as follows:
- Maintain a detailed Master List of all active crew documents, including relevant dates, and ensure records are updated.
 - Monitor crew certificates for all seafarers in AMOS and server (officers & crew), reviewing and verifying expiration dates.
 - Track STCW training requirements and validity, ensuring courses do not expire during employment contracts.
 - Manage ZMI documents related to all crew, ensuring compliance with ZMI SHEQ policies.
 - Provide the Crewing Team with all relevant data promptly and accurately.
 - Notify the Crewing Team of required renewals for crew certificate expiration and follow up for updated documents.
 - Ensure all crew certifications meet the rank requirements specified in FPP 02.
 
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
 - At least one year of working experience in the Marine Industry
 - Familiarity with any ERP system/software related to Manpower Data standards
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
 - Certification in Data Management and Data protection (e.g., CDMP, CIPP) is a plus
 - Knowledge of maritime and offshore industry processes and data requirements
