Guided by this principle, the company has established a Safety Training Center that focuses on high-quality and comprehensive safety training programs. Our welcoming and supportive training environment equipped with a full-time staff giving sample demonstration lectures and an experiential training approach ensures trainees undergo personal growth and development during their learning experiences. A Virtual Reality (VR) experience was piloted for the first time at our project site as an initial measure toward implementing safety education. After completing the safety training, employees are encouraged to write their personal safety statement and commitment.
