❖ Participates in the start-up of the station, monitors all instruments during start-up procedures. ❖ Prepares the start-up sequence for M.O.L & Formation pumps, by checking the system. ❖ Assists as required, in unloading the supply boat, controls the movement of diesel water, chemicals, glycol to their respective storage tanks, keeping appropriate records of amounts transferred and the daily tank levels. ❖ Prepares all chemicals for oil and gas treatment injection at specified rates. ❖ Participates in the startup of the main gas compressor. Involves draining condensate from gas lines. ❖ Carries out the start-up and shutdown sequence for the glycol dehydration system, maintain lube oil pressures to the pumps, ensuring venting and priming of pumps have been carried out, checking glycol pump discharge pressure. ❖ Takes various readings at different points of the process line and at regular intervals to calculate daily, the amount of oil produced, Gas consumed, flared and exported and carries out tests on moisture contents of exported gas. ❖ Carries out pigging operations, involves preparing the correct size pigs. ❖ Participate in the start-up and shutdown of auxiliary equipment, such as tempered water and sea water cooling pumps, Water maker, instrument air compressors and the chlorine unit. ❖ Operated and maintained field equipment including pumps, compressors, and valves according to established protocols and safety standards in oil and gas. ❖ Monitored production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements. ❖ Conducted routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. ❖ Collaborated with team members to troubleshoot Rich experience to Handle Produce water oil Skimming system. ❖ Operation of Produced water treatment plant and mixes Chemicals in oil and gas . ❖ Safety and regular checkup of plant conditions and Sampling of products for analysis. ❖ Monitoring, Measurement and Control of process parameters, Trouble shooting, House Keeping, Reporting abnormalities and non-conforming products. ❖ Co-ordinate with all maintenance departments like Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation for maintenance job to be carried out. ❖ Monitored and controlled process parameters to ensure that the units in oil and gas were working within normal operating range and within safety/environmental limit. ❖ Manipulated process variables to improve high value product yield and reduce utilities/chemicals consumptions in oil and gas to increase refinery margin. ❖ Reviewed test analysis of product and took the necessary actions to correct any anomalies. ❖ Acted promptly to put the unit in a safe mode during emergencies. ❖ Shut down the process in oil and gas units or equipment for turnaround or maintenance following by SOP
