➢ Act as a Financial Advisor for 2 businesses with a combined sales of USD 75M by providing guidance to tackle the current dynamic environment as well as incorporating actions plans. ➢ Preparing Budget for the full year and a quarterly basis by analysing historical financial performance of the brands and forecast financial statements, and conducting variance and risk assessment analysis based on current trends. ➢ Prepare P&L on a monthly basis and dashboard summaries to understand the risk drivers, expense variations, margin analysis and decide on the actions to be taken to adjust to the trend. ➢ Conduct risk analysis to understand the actual landing of the profit over the year. ➢ Prepare financial models for new stores based on various factors to conduct IRR’s and payback periods analysis.

➢ Gathering and evaluating industry specific market data on a global level as well as interpret main business drivers having impact on reported profitability. ➢ Assisted in a transaction valued at USD 10M for a GCC firm operating in the services sector by conducting DCF valuation and finding transactional comparables using S&P Capital IQ. ➢ Conduct in depth research to determine the immediate competition for Hospitality projects and potential buyers for M&A projects. ➢ Assisted in a Hotel and Hospitality project priced at USD 15M by generating pipeline stock and conducting research of the market in to assess the demand and supply factors. ➢ Conduct BAR analysis and actively contribute in strategic consulting as well as assist in the valuation and Appraisal of Real Estate for various intended purposes. ➢ Creation of Investment Teasers and actively contribute in Information Memorandums for M&A transactions.
