More than 11 Years of Experience with comprehensive background with different civil projects,
like Oil and gas, Building, Landscaping, Roads & Infrastructure. A hard working and technical
minded who has extensive experience in civil engineering works. A confident enthusiastic
person with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges and to handle difficult
situation under pressure. I have an organized approach with good communication skills, which
enable me to work effectively either on my own or as a part of the team.

Carry out all planned site Activities as per the intervention points marked in the relevant Inspection and/or Testing Request (ITR). Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP. Review and forward comments on the contractor’s method statement for execution of works. Carry out Weekly site walk to ensure that contractor is carrying work as per approved M/S, S/Drawings & specifications. Attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss contractor submissions, shop drawings,material submittals and construction related matters. Implementing IMS (Integrated Management System Including IMS Manuals, IMS System Procedures and IMS Operational Procedures) to improve & maintain Projects HSE & Quality as per ISO 9001, 14001& OHSAS 18001. Coordinate with contractor regarding all types of civil, architectural and infrastructural work related inspections, survey and quality checks. Verify with testing laboratory that all relevant test results related to specific ITR meets the project requirement. Make sure that material used comply with the approved material approval request (MAR). Report to R.E of any delay of progress regarding site activities. Inspection, sampling’s witnessing and testing of construction materials such as soil, aggregate, concrete, steel and waterproofing materials etc.to assure that compliance with the contract/project specification. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction /observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Organize, implement, conduct and manage the Quality Management System as per the Company policy, contract specifications, and ISO 9001 standards. Perform activities such as document control and quality records management, material procurement traceability, and other procedures as stated in the Project Quality Manual. Ensure company standards as outlined in Project Quality Manual are effectively implemented. Coordination with the PMT Engineers, subcontractors, and/or internal departments on quality-related matters as required. Maintain a record of internal non-conformance and conduct necessary follow-up to ensure satisfactory corrective and preventive actions are taken. Review and implements Project Quality Manual, Inspection and Test Plan, Method Statements, and project-specific procedures. Performs all kinds of site inspections, follow-up of activities. Endorses Corrective and preventive actions on non-conformities. Evaluate Subcontractors /Service Providers based on their performance and daily activities and Give Reports to QA/QC Manager. Communicate Quality Objectives and Quality policy to all Relevant Authorities.
