Technical Drawing Preparation in AUTOCAD 3D and 2D ,  Production coordination: Ensure quality assurance throughout the production and site installation process, Plan, schedule, direct and execute production and site installation activities Increase motivation and work efficiency by implementing reward systems Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands  Other: Handling all administrative duties, attending the phone calls, maintaining the proper accounts and documentation, handling the company PRO works

Oversee the production of automobile ( Fuel tank) sheet metal parts (Cutting and forming operation, GMAW welding, Spot welding). Ensure optimum quality and achieve production targets. Manage over 50 operators and labor. Ensure shop floor discipline. Sub-coordinate development and training for increased productivity. Rejection control and scrap reduction in production shops. Taking part in MIS generation for planning. Demand analysis, stock analysis. SAP transaction for production, planning and management of all stores. Inventory management & material control.
