Begin your journey with us as a Reservations Agent at the Westin/Four Points Brisbane. As a Reservations Agent you will be required to ensure the following:

Handling and processing reservations and inquiries
Pre-arrival checks against booking information
Follow up on No-Shows and late cancelations
Lead and work closely with other members of the Reservations team
Promoting the hotel F&B Venues and other services and amenities.

Who you are and what you need:

Work experience within reservations team within 4/5 start hotel environment
Working knowledge of Opera
Must have passion & attitude with keen attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
