Job Description
Teleperformance India is seeking an experienced Director – Operations Delivery to lead large-scale customer service operations while ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. The role is responsible for driving business growth, managing multiple delivery teams, and implementing strategic initiatives that improve performance. The Director will oversee financial performance, workforce planning, and continuous process improvements. This leadership role requires extensive experience in BPO operations, client management, and organizational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Ensure achievement of service level agreements and business KPIs.

Mentor senior managers and develop future leadership talent.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Present business performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Drive digital transformation and operational innovation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and client success.
