Process Engineer

Job Description

The Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing refinery and processing operations by improving efficiency, safety, and production reliability. This role focuses on process design, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and implementation of operational improvements. Engineers work closely with plant operations and maintenance teams to ensure continuous and efficient production while meeting environmental and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize refinery and processing plant performance.
Conduct process simulations and performance evaluations.
Identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
Develop operating procedures and process improvements.
Support plant startups, shutdowns, and troubleshooting activities.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Analyze production data and recommend efficiency improvements.
Prepare technical documentation and engineering reports.
