Job Description

Phoenix Petroleum is seeking an experienced LPG Plant Operations Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient operation of LPG filling and storage facilities. The role ensures compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and quality standards while maintaining uninterrupted plant activities. The successful candidate will lead plant personnel, monitor equipment performance, and coordinate maintenance schedules to maximize productivity. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily LPG plant operations to ensure safe and efficient production.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Monitor LPG storage, filling, and distribution processes.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment.
Lead and train plant operators on safety procedures and operational best practices.
Investigate operational incidents and implement corrective actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports.
Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
