Job Description

Phoenix Petroleum is looking for a Depot Inventory Controller to manage fuel and lubricant inventory across depot facilities. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring timely replenishment of products. The ideal candidate will work closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily inventory levels of petroleum products and lubricants.
Conduct regular stock reconciliations and inventory audits.
Record incoming and outgoing inventory transactions accurately.
Coordinate with procurement for timely stock replenishment.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Generate inventory performance and stock variance reports.
Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures.
Support warehouse operations by maintaining organized and accurate stock records.
