Job Description

Phoenix Petroleum is seeking an Area Retail Operations Manager to oversee the performance of multiple retail fuel stations within an assigned territory. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, sales growth, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards. The successful candidate will lead station managers, monitor business performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, business acumen, and experience in multi-site retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of multiple retail fuel stations.
Monitor sales, profitability, and operational performance across assigned locations.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Coach, mentor, and evaluate station managers and retail teams.
Develop strategies to improve customer service and retail sales performance.
Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits.
Analyze business performance data and prepare management reports.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and maintenance teams to support business growth.
