Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering oil and gas projects from initiation through completion.
The role manages project scope, schedule, budget, resources, contractors, risks, and technical deliverables.
The manager coordinates multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
The position ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of oil and gas projects from concept to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost-control activities.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational teams.
Manage contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, milestones, costs, quality, and performance indicators.
Ensure projects comply with HSE, technical, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Manage project changes, issues, delays, and corrective actions through to resolution.
