Senior Automation QA Engineer

Job Description

LTI Mindtree is seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer specializing in Selenium and Appium to improve software quality through automated testing. The role includes designing automation frameworks, executing functional and regression testing, and ensuring high-quality software releases. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams within Agile environments. Candidates should possess strong programming skills and extensive experience in test automation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop automation scripts using Selenium and Appium.
Design and maintain automation testing frameworks.
Execute functional, regression, API, and mobile testing.
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze defects and collaborate with developers.
Prepare detailed test plans and execution reports.
Improve automation coverage across applications.
Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
Mentor junior QA engineers and review automation code.
Ensure software quality throughout Agile development cycles.
