Human Resources Generalist

We’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our company. Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Process employment visa/work permit and reference checks for new candidates.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
- Keep an accurate record of assets given to the staff.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports for management board meetings.
- Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Payroll
- Review Attendance and process complete Payroll every 25th of the month
- Ensure complete WPS payment as per labour law.
- Offboarding and Exit Interview
- Process clearance of assets and cash of the staffs offboarding and exit interview
- Calculate and process the final settlement for staffs
- Process visa cancelation and Health Insurance deletion of the staffs who resign/terminated
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the resolution of workplace conflicts and conduct investigations when necessary.
- Maintain records of disciplinary investigation in the HR system
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Process requested letter of the staffs using the HR system.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Work closely with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to employees as needed.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues.
Employee Engagement:
- Implement and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Seek feedback from employees and recommend improvements to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Communication & Working Relationships
- Works closely with the CPO, CEO and Heads of Department.
- Communicates professionally with colleagues and Management while keeping a productive working environment.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
