Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager will manage and optimize supply chain activities supporting product manufacturing and business operations.
The role covers demand and supply planning, supplier coordination, inventory management, logistics, procurement collaboration, and delivery performance.
The manager will work with suppliers, manufacturing, procurement, finance, quality, and commercial teams to ensure continuity of supply.
The position will focus on improving supply chain efficiency, reducing risks, controlling inventory, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage supply chain plans based on demand and production requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock according to business requirements.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, shortages, delays, and capacity constraints.
Work with procurement teams on supplier performance, sourcing, and commercial requirements.
Monitor supplier delivery, quality, capacity, and operational performance.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Analyze supply chain KPIs including inventory turnover, on-time delivery, lead time, and service levels.
Develop contingency plans for critical components and supply disruptions.
Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
