Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Job Postings: Create and manage job postings and descriptions.
- Candidate Screening: Screen and interview candidates to determine their qualifications and match them with job requirements.
- Coordinate Interviews: Arrange and follow up on interviews with employers to gather feedback on candidates.
- Career Counseling: Provide career counseling and advice to job seekers.
- Track Metrics: Track and report on placement metrics such as the number of job openings and successful placements.
- Workshops and Training: Organize workshops and training sessions to improve job seekers’ skills and employability.
- Networking: Network with industry, employers, job fairs/portals, and other sources to find potential job and on-the-job training opportunities.
